Challenge
The Juridoc web platform provides a secure environment for managing legal documents, but users faced friction during the login process. Every time they attempted to sign in, they had to access their email accounts to retrieve verification codes, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. Moreover, users could only access their documents when connected to the internet and had to rely on the web interface on mobile devices, which was slower and less practical. These limitations highlighted the need for a mobile application that could both simplify authentication and offer faster, more convenient access to documents.
Results
The mobile application significantly improved the user experience on the Juridoc platform. By integrating push notifications for verification codes, the login process became faster and more convenient, eliminating the need to constantly check emails. The app also allowed users to sync documents locally, enabling quick access without relying solely on the web interface or a constant internet connection. As a result, users enjoyed a smoother workflow, enhanced productivity, and greater trust in the platform’s security and accessibility.
Conclusion
This project demonstrates my ability to build secure, user-friendly mobile applications in the LegalTech space, combining Flutter development, API integration, and thoughtful feature design to solve real-world user challenges.
